→Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card
*No yearly fee
*No foreign transaction fees
Amazon Prime currently costs $119/year. The Amazon Visa gives 5% cashback from Amazon (if you have an Amazon Prime account). Therefore:
*if you spend $2,380/year at Amazon you can, basically, get a free Amazon Prime account
*if you spend less than $2,380/year at Amazon you're, basically, subsidizing your Amazon Prime account and getting it at a discounted rate. ie: if you spend $1,190/year you get 50% off your Prime subscription
*if you spend more than $2,380/year you're, basically, getting a free Amazon Prime account plus 5% cashback less $119. ie: if you spend $5,000/year at Amazon you'd get $250 cashback, $119 of which goes toward your Prime account leaving you with $131 left. I see this as a "free" Prime account and $131 cashback
Bottom line, if you spend $2,380 (or more) each year at Amazon, there is really no reason not to have a Prime account and this credit card.
Not sure how much you spend at Amazon each year? You can get all of your Amazon spend history by going to this site and running a report which will give you all of your purchase history in a CSV file: https://www.amazon.com/gp/b2b/reports
