I installed a RAM Mount Motorcycle Fork Stem Nut Phone Holder onto my Champion. I had to do a few modifications to get everything to work. Handlebar mounts are simpler, but this provided a super low profile solution that tucks the phone down low and puts it in the same general location as the speedometer.
See my other post on adding a 12V to 5V DC/DC Converter with USB-C plug to power the phone (https://www.facebook.com/groups/2782922695154073/permalink/3818089774970688/)

#Replace M22x1.00 acorn style Yoke Nut with an open one. I used the [https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313&_nkw=zeta+ZE58-2023&_sacat=0 Zeta ZE58-2023]. #Cut the "stem" off of the RAM mount base
#Replace the bolt/thumb nut with a stainless nylock nut & fender washer (you could cutdown the orignial bolt, I decided to leave it whole and use a new bolt) to shrink it and give clearance to the black handlebar knob.
#The instructions say to gently install the expansion plug and cut 1/8" above the yoke tube. I recommend 1/4" above. I had to add another 1/8" section of expansion plug.

#Cut the "stem" off of the RAM mount base (see photos). This is necessary because the internal diameter of the Champion Yoke Tube is 15mm for the 1st 2" or so but then widens out considerably (see photos). We need to cut this "stem" off to allow the expansion plug to sit high enough to be in the narrow part of the tube.
#Place the expansion plug into the yoke tube (as per the instructions) but mark it 1/4" above instead of the recommended 1/8" above.
#Assemble the base & plug as per the instructions
#Install the base into the bike, I needed to expand the plug some and then "whack it" down flush with a deadblow hammer and plastic block (another hammer handle) before doing the final tightening.
#Assemble and install the double socket arm with the new bolt, tighten it down all the way and mark it. Take everything apart and cut the bolt to length.
#Reassemble & clean up the bolt with the angle grinder if needed.
#Attach the RAM Mount to the bike, put your phone in it, and go!
