Although it didn't fix the problem I was targeting it may have prevent other problems from arising. Install PyWin32 if you are having problems##Download pywin32-216.win32-py2.7.exe from http://sourceforge.net/projects/pywin32/files/pywin32/Build216/##Double click the downloaded file & install the software
